Terms & Conditions

  1. A 50% down payment of the projected invoice, agreed upon at the initial consultation, is required to secure your event. The final balance is due 48 hours prior to the event date and will be charged to the card on file. 

  2. Changes in pricing will be approved, by both parties, no later than 48 hours prior to the event if applicable. 

  3. Damage to event equipment or other incidentals will be automatically charged to the card on file. 

  4. If your event does not end at the agreed upon time, an additional fee of $50/hour will apply to the final balance.

  5. Refunds are not available. Funds paid may be transferred to secure an available date as agreed upon by both parties.

  6. The Vibe Picnic LLC is not responsible for:

  • The use and violation of local smoking or alcohol consumption laws.

  • Allergic reactions to the items served during the event.  

  • Compensation of medical services incurred during/after the event.  

  • Inclement weather, natural disasters, social disturbances, or other occurrences that require the postponement or cancellation of the event.
